Broward County School District's three technical centers' culinary arts programs department heads are ACF-certified and participate in local and national ACF activities. Th three centers also participate in Vocational, Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) Culinary Art Skills Olympics. The regional competitions were held on March 6, 2003 at Miami Lakes Technical Center. Broward Technical Centers
