Meeting on April 14th 2003
This months meeting was held at Unisource Marketing Group.

After the meeting was adjourned, Chef Michael Jasa gave us a seminar on the Combitherm & the Alto-Shaam Smoker.  Using the combithem and a grill he demonstrated how you can prepare in advance, chicken breast, pork-chops and strip steak so that once ordered, it could be grilled to perfection in under a minute. He went on to demonstrate the art of hot and cold smoking using the Alto-Shaam Smoker to smoke salmon and scallops.

When Chef Michael Jasa had finished and we had sampled the results of  his  demonstration, we were brought outdoors to for a ice carving seminar presented by National Champion, Dean Carlson, and Ed Tillotson of Crystal Dragon and Ice Crafters.
